No issues, exactly how I like it.
Property
We rent a lot of places due to most of my family living in SLC. This was one of the most well stocked places we have ever stayed. Usually there are minimal pans, dishware and utensils. This unit had enough table settings for my entire family. Very refreshing. The Eden area is gorgeous and the people are very friendly. Would love to live there.

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The property is self- check-in with keyless entry or a keybox.
The owner keeps their car in the garage, so only one bay is available for guests.

PARKING- Parking is free.  Parking of any vehicles, trailers or equipment of any kind in the Cascades Courtyards is
prohibited. Parking for the Cascades is allowed in stalls located around the Project.  Recreational vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked at the bottom of the cul-de-sacs of Fox Run, Lakeview Drive and along Moose Hollow Drive. No vehicle, trailer or boat may be continuously parked anywhere within the Project for more than three (3) consecutive days without written permission from the Board. No vehicle, boat or trailer (including any recreational vehicle or camper) located anywhere within the Project may be used for sleeping or living purposes, including overnight camping.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
