Who We AreWe are a local Property Management Company in Eden UT. We manage both Long Term and Short Term rentals for our clients. Basinview's Managers work with Century 21 Gage Froerer & Associates in the Eden office to meet our client's long term rental needs. We are committed to marketing the Ogden Valley area and have lived in Eden for over 38 years.
Greg has been a Property Manager for Vacation Rental Properties for over 8 years. He was a General Contractor from 1985 to 2000. He transitioned into selling Real Estate full time in 2001. Greg is an agent for Century 21 Gage Froerer & Associates in the Eden office. His Real Estate knowledge and experience in building construction, building maintenance and repairs is a great foundation for the Basinview Property Management. Greg has extensive experience with marketing, creating websites, SEO (search engine optimization) and internet marketing. Greg learned to ski at Snowbasin and has been involved Ski Resort business for over 35 years in the Ogden Valley area.
Shauna has been selling Real Estate in Ogden Valley for over 30 years. She is the Branch Broker at Century 21 office in Eden. She has been a Top Producer for all of her Real Estate career. Shauna’s extensive experience in marketing and customer service is extremely valuable with Basin View Lodging.
