Weber- Morgan Health Department has reduced the corona-virus risk to Yellow. They are allowing guest stays and allowing new bookings at this time.

ADJUSTED CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations will now be accepted until 7 days prior to arrival for all stays, with a full refund. Final payment is now due 7 days before arrival. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding an upcoming reservation or would like to adjust a reservation date please feel free to call or email us. 

All properties are self- check-in with keyless entry or a keybox.  We are not allowing guest to depart and another guest to arrive on the same day. That allows approximately 29 hours between guest's departure and a new arrival at all properties. 

The staff at Basinview Lodging has always adhered to stringent cleaning procedures and housekeeping services. During this time of pandemic we have continued to enforce this standard and are taking additional steps to ensure the health & safety of each of our guests. Our team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces; counter tops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, door knobs, light switches, cabinet hardware, handles, remote controls, etc.  

All clubhouses, pools and community hot tubs are closed until further notice.
