Description

This beautifully furnished 3 story home with the most spectacular unobstructed view of Snowbasin, Nordic Valley and Pineview Lake and Reservoir. This home includes 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with almost 7,000 square feet that can accommodate large groups and multigenerational families.

The main floor features fully stocked kitchen, a dining and living room area with beautiful view, full guest bathroom, a fireplace, and access to the outdoor deck with a gas grill. This floor feature a large laundry room, easy access from the garage, comes with hanging rack, ski boot warmer and cubbies for all your ski equipment. To the side of the living room, a master bedroom with California king bed and en suite bathroom. The second room is the main floor queen which includes en suite shower and a jetted tub.

Downstairs is another gathering area with a bar, a custom pool table, a fireplace, access to an outdoor in ground hot tub, a separate theater room and a game room equipped with ping pong table. The theater room holds a 77’ inch flat screen and surround sound system. This floor also features a king bedroom and another queen bedroom with separate private full bath.

Upstairs has another living room, a wooden game table and a TV. The Bunkroom has 2 separate double and twin bunkbed and a queen bed with a private bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms with queen size beds and Jack and Jill bathroom.

Complex amenities includes access to Trapper’s Ridge Clubhouse amenities offering summertime swimming pool, extra-large outdoor hot tub, indoor gym and gathering area.

This was an exceptional property. Well stocked in the kitchen as far as dishes go. Everything was labeled on where things where and it was very clean. The bedrooms accommodated our 4 couples, 1 single, and multiple children perfectly. The bathroom situation was superior to most properties we have stayed at. Locations to activities and amenities was great also. We had a wonderful time. Did not worry about anything. Everyone in the party was very well pleased with the property and the enjoyable time they had because they did not need to worry about anything. The layout of the property was perfect. There was hangout space on each floor. The kids had a blast in the basement and the adults were able to enjoy visiting time on the main floor. We had some family meetings while we were there. We were able to plug into monitors for the presentations and was able to have some private space for the meetings away from the rest of the group. It was a great property for our event.

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All properties are self- check-in with keyless entry or a keybox.

We have continued to enforce this standard and are taking additional steps to ensure the health and safety of each of our guests. Our team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces; counter tops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, door knobs, light switches, cabinet hardware, handles, remote controls, etc.  

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25

CANCELLATION: If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
