Enjoy the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains from the comforts of this newly updated three bedroom condo. Sit and chat with your friends on the outdoor patio with gas fireplace, lounge in front of the 55" television, swim in nearby Pineview Reservoir, or head up to the mountain for some world class skiing.
Walk inside the door you will find spacious living space, with a large TV and a rock fire place, or swivel the chairs around to chat with friends on the couch. The living area has Satellite TV, DVD player, and French doors to a deck overlooking a wooded area with a small stream. The living area opens into a kitchen with bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A main floor bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway.
Downstairs, there is a master suite bedroom with walk-out patio with secluded seating and a BBQ. There is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom and a laundry room in the hallway.

I have used Basinview lodging for 8 consecutive years. I dont even look elsewhere anymore when coming to this destination. And I dont find the service or accommodations at the same level of excellence at other places I vacation at regularly.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25
CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
