Everything was great. It was obviously well cared for. The new decor is lovely and the SW facing balcony great in winter. We were very happy there for our stay. (The laundry 2 buildings over is a bit of an inconvenience though, wed love to have had an in unit W/D).

The team kept in close contact and checked on us daily. It was just enough to feel like they were there if we needed them, but not so much that we felt like they were hovering.

We loved this condo and will definitely book it again in the future. It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was also quick access to everything you may want to do--hiking, water play, skiing. Close enough to make it a quick trip, but enough away to still feel quiet and quaint.

The Basinview Lodging Team was fantastic. They made sure I had all the information needed for my stay well in advance of our arrival date. They also did an excellent job communicating what steps needed to be taken in order to complete the rental process. I will be sure to look to Basinview Lodging for future rental needs! The Basinview Lodging rental process was great and made sensd. I was personally comfortable digitally signing the contract provided but I know that some of my less tech-savvy friends would prefer to take care of everything directly through AirBnB. It is for this reason that I rate my likelihood of recommending Basinview at a 8 rather than a 10.

The unit itself was great! I put 9/10 rather than 10/10 because the hot tub and other ammenities closed rather early and because there was no smoking allowed on the balcony or even in the parking lot.

Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
