Come home to a swim or hot tub after a hard day of play!

Our exceptionally well-maintained condominium has a contemporary design, and a kitchen with fireplace, deck and many extras. club house with table tennis, fooseball, tennis and mini-golf. Plenty of parking. Close to trails, lake and ski resorts. Two bedrooms with queen size beds. The living room both has a sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms and a full kitchen, and dining for 8. This is a upper unit with no one above, plus vaulted ceilings and lots of light!

Departure cleaning is $70.

All reservations are billed a 3% one-time credit card processing fee.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is required with every reservation. The Guest is insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled between 15 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the rental rate. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
