Description

This beautifully decorated Wolf Lodge condo #1211 has vaulted ceilings in the living area.  It has 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The large living area has an entertainment area, with a  large flat screen TV and a large dinning space. The kitchen has new tile flooring and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. You will find a main floor bedroom with a king bed that offers a flat screen TV and an outside deck overlooking the Valley and Nordic Valley.  The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and a new flat screen TV. The upstairs area also offers a loft area that includes a trundle bed and a full bath.
 

Amenities

Located just off 18 hole Wolf Creek public Golf Course.  The property has tennis courts, game room, exercise room, mini golf.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Lake to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one the great Restaurant in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden Canyon. Eden Utah is located in Ogden Valley, home to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course and & Nordic Valley Ski Resort.

This is one of the larger condos in the Wolf Lodge Condominiums. This Condo is nestled between Utah’s famous Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Wolf Mountain resorts. It is centrally located between the Resorts and near Pineview Reservoir, Shopping and Dining.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25


CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
