This beautifully decorated and spacious Moose Hollow Condo #411 sleeps 10. This is a deluxe unit with a large living/ dining space open to a large kitchen. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room and also a full bathroom on the main level. Just outside the front doors are views of Wolf Mountain & Ben Lomond Peaks. The back door is just steps away from the hot tub and the Moose Hollow common area with picnic tables and a fire pit.

Down stairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom, has a large king size bed and full size bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a western motif with two double beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is another full bathroom in between the bedrooms. A community swimming pool, hot tub sauna, and fitness center ,club room are on site for your relaxing mountain adventures.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled between 15 to 30 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the rental rate. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
