This home features one level living. It has a large kitchen with a big island and has enough room for several cooks to prepare your next meal together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals for your group. The dining table seats 6 people, and the bar seats another 5 people. The Living Room features a 75" smart television, cushy chairs and a extra large couch. The master bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV and an ensuite private bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed above. There is also an adjacent full bathroom in the hallway which is convenient for the 2 bedrooms and also everyone in the great room area. The laundry facilities are also on the main level.

Very nice and cozy home, situated in a quiet neighborhood, with spectacular panoramic views. Convenient to Snowbasin resort (took us 15 mins), Powder Mountain (35 mins), and restaurants in Ogden (20 mins). We may have been the first guests to stay on the property because it was very clean and nicely furnished. Convenience to Snowbasin and Ogden.

Our team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces; counter tops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, door knobs, light switches, cabinet hardware, handles, remote controls, etc.
CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25
CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
