Walk out from great room or dining room to the huge deck with a BBQ Grill and twin gas fireplaces. Count them, four Master Bedrooms have large sliging doors with massive lake views and direct access to to the deck or the patio. (There are 6 total bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms.) Hang out in the private Hot Tub to watch the amazing sunsets overlooking Pineview Lake and the Wasatch Mountains.

The Bedrooms
Retreat to the sanctuary of 10 bedrooms, each designed to provide utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the office doubles as a second bedroom with two twin beds with a full bathroom right across the hallway.

Descend to the lower level and discover a haven of entertainment, featuring a large gathering/game room with a plush couch, a 77" smart TV, a ping pong table, and direct access to the patio and hot tub. This level also boasts four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom.

Venture upstairs to find two bunk rooms, each equipped with built-in bunk beds accommodating two full-size beds and two twin beds in each room. An additional twin room with two twin beds and a hidden playroom with a twin daybed and a trundle bed ensures that every guest has a comfortable place to rest.

The staff at Basinview Lodging has always adhered to stringent cleaning procedures and housekeeping services. We have continued to enforce this standard and are taking additional steps to ensure the health and safety of each of our guests. Our team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will continue to sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces; counter tops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, door knobs, light switches, cabinet hardware, handles, remote controls, etc.  

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
