This 3 bedroom Moose Hollow condo #1012 sleeps 6 people. It is a ground level unit and can be accessed without outside stairs. This three bedroom condo is an end unit with extra windows. Enjoy the beautiful Wasatch Mountain views from the deck, which has an outdoor electric grill. 

Walk inside and you will find a large kitchen space, a living area with a large smart TV and a rock fire place, and a half bath.  Chat with family or friends comfortably on the large couch. The living area has Satellite TV and a DVD player.  The French doors open to a deck with seating and an electric grill. The living area opens into a large kitchen with bar countertop, a gas range, double oven and a dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is also a half bathroom on the main level.

Downstairs, there is a master suite bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a walk-out patio. There are 2 more bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom and a laundry room in the hallway.


The condo is located between Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley ski areas. Try all three resorts and enjoy some world class skiing or Snowboarding. North Fork Park offers groomed trails for Nordic Skiing, snowshoeing, and snow biking. During the summer enjoy boating or fishing at nearby Pineview Reservoir, or for a special treat go Kayaking at Causey Reservoir. Friendly, Professional operation. Communication was clear and on point.
Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced condo. Parking close to unit was helpful. The only reason for the 8 is that some friends would prefer a more direct mountain view from the condo and a more modern design. It was fine for our family but and was as expected, so we were happy.

We appreciated the easy communication with Greg and the book of instructions left in the condo to know what was expected on our departure.
We enjoyed the condo very much. It exceeded our expectations and experience on other places we have rented with other owners in the past.


Owner has a dog that is occasionally at the condo.

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 15 days prior to arrival.

All reservations are billed a 3% one-time credit card processing fee. 

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
